The new system could well have automated more than just the role call, and so they can add in savings in the post processing of the attendance records.

Perhaps .. But what processing was enabled that could not have been done without camera surveillance?

My point is that the gain in time could we be mostly due to automating other parts of the system that are currently done manually.

Please refrain from misrepresenting others' comments, and I hope there can be a mature discussion instead of this sort of attack.

I thought since I put:

"Do you have any evidence that all parties provided informed consent?"

And you said

"This is going over the top."

That you were replying that it is over the top. I'd be happy if you could clarify what you meant.
