You're paying for Medium? Would you say it's worth it?
$50 per annum is less than what I pay for the Guardian. I don't solely get my content from The G but considering the good work they do where it's _mostly_ or at least _more so_ unbiased in it's reporting than most. I feel the money to support that endeavour is well spent.

HN discussion on original link is very good, not to mention that personal blog is actually better designed than Medium and has no paywall.

No, I am not paying. But I accesed that article withtout the paywall. To be honest, I am not agaisnt this kind of business model, but it's incompatible with HN spirit of sharing accesible knowledge.
