#18We have some developers in the UK, but most of our guys are in Russia. The Russian guys have proved to be very very capable. We did not outsource to a company, but found people via forums and then recruited individually (initially) and then grew the team using the initial guys help.

#20We're looking for python-specific skills at the moment, ideally with crawler and scaling experience. We have some developers in the UK, but most of our guys are in Russia. The Russian guys have proved to be very very capable. We did not outsource to a company, but found people via forums and then recruited individually (initially) and then grew the team using the initial guys help.
