It is no coincidence, whoever did the study clearly knew what they were doing and cherry picked the data to sensationalize. You could do the same to any other similar sized district and get the same results.

That's just mothers exercising their body autonomy rights. Unless it can be shown that they are being forced to abort, I really don't see a problem.
