It's C. Hoare & Co. and at least some of the family running it still have that name.

#9As there are over 2000 Hoares (oo err) I'm guessing the dividend is kept low to keep the money with the 'core Hoares' who have the control?

#10The article keeps saying their advantage is their ability to "find solutions other banks can't". I don't know what that means. Exotic loan terms? Collateralizing difficult-to-value assets?
