#3Seems you can't guarantee that the person doesn't sell a card to cardpool and then go out and spend the money quickly. Unless you can maybe contact that company and request a re-issue with a different number? Or you just trust that the seller is honest and in the rare (?) case they screw you you don't do business with them and just eat the loss. Or something I'm not thinking of...

I just checked. They require a CC# from anyone they pay online, in case the seller does just that.
Would only prevent recurring fraud per cc.

My 5 secs searching says: Plastic Jungle has a $25 req. Card Woo, another competitor, has a $20 min.
So that feature could be a competitive advantage for CardPool. If they can already move money between cards like this new feature suggests, maybe this is in the realm of possibility.
