The answer I’m looking for is “I ask for help.” Or “I talk to my manager.” They don’t fail if they don’t answer it that way, but it’s a good starting point for a conversation about why they didn’t say that.
For me, interviewing is more about getting to know someone and how they think than checking off various skill boxes.
