#2This is one of thew few things where I'm actually amazed that people really believe that it's all nurture. To me, you'd have to bend over backwards and ignore all common sense to arrive at that conclusion.
Another is which way to hang the toilet paper roll, but I'm not going to say which one I think is the sane way, that's a bit too controversial.

#4Of course it can't. We're 100% nature shoehorned into new, unnatural, roles, for the last 5-10K years.
Try some other species, give them the ability to use guns and tools, and have them have much larger stakes that "who gets to be top dog in this community" and much larger stressors than a jungle where things are almost always the same, and let's see what happens...

#7Humans are predatory pack animals with violence built in. It takes culture and the frontal lobe thinking to override the natural impulses. Videos of kids attacking another kid for a toy that they had no interest in until the other kid picked it up is a common thing. Most humans form into groups and attack other humans. Politics is a good example of this. The macho man culture, highly prevalent in socialist societies, is probably partly to blame for the social isolation that can lead to less impulse control.
