We're looking for a Retention Marketing Lead to work at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, customer experience, and product management. This role is designed for a creative, but data-driven marketer who would like to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer startup (currently 8 full-time employees).

As Retention Marketing Lead, you will be in charge of improving all aspects of our business that touch churn, LTV, and purchase frequency for our subscription product.

Were you affected by the recent government shutdown?

Not much. Half of USDS sits in the Office of Management and Budget, and that team wasn't affected. About half of USDS is hired directly into agencies like DoD, VA, CMS, and DHS. The DHS team was affected by the shutdown. But even then, the DHS folks received backpay after they came back.
