Not only did he disclose same-day, those trades were terrible ones. . . if there was corruption or advanced insider knowledge, he would have bet the other way. Instead, they will likely all expire as worthless.

Isn't this the point of disclosure? Also, not sure why everyone is so excited over options (the right - not the obligation - to buy the underlying stock), which again has been properly disclosed. This is gaslight hypocrisy.
