I suppose they don't realize it. To be fair, I can only tell when it's computer-related nonsense, but I absolutely cannot tell if (for example) medical dramas such as Grey's Anatomy are at all realistic, barring reasonable artistic licenses to make a scene more dramatic. The surgeons could be doing something as silly as "hacking the same keyboard" and I wouldn't know. The computer-related scenes in medical dramas are…
