#8View source tells me this uses Stripe. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30c, which leaves the owner with 66c, basically just 2/3rds. Pretty heavy.

The author(s) of the site could be sneaky and remove those who pay 99 cents multiple times, because they now have paid a sum that is different from 99 cents.
