I used images.google for a reverse image search (URL below for that search's results) for the profile photos in the testimonials and found the photo for "Ryan Waltz" on several other sites, with different names.

Not only that. But "Joe Smith" has broken English and is using a photo from the 80s.
Yes. I reverse image searched the "Joe Smith" photo and found it's on many other sites too:
