Although the text does seem to say "anyone" so maybe it's just promoted as for women but actually open to all (avoiding discrimination rules?)

#19If you read the page carefully, they will waive the fee for anyone that uses the link. Assumption is they will be generally pushing this out via marketing channels that target women. Regardless, its a very nice thing for them to do!
