#4Musk also had that Twitter gaff about the "D." I don't know what to make of it but it sure is weird and not particularly confidence-inspiring.

#5It gets even worse if "the D" also refers to having the backing of Dara himself. Then again, I don't have the D to state that definitively though.

#6This story is pretty much the definition of "Much ado about nothing".

#7It is a very simple association with sexual contact.
This is the old principle, sex sells.
Uber has a terrible reputation, so playing the mook card costs it little.
Nothing more than MTV gross-out humor used to sell a service.

#8Have these "younger employees" not heard of "context"? If you're in a business meeting, you can probably infer correctly, 100% of the time, that "have the D" isn't a reference to sex. This story is pretty much the definition of "Much ado about nothing".
"give her the D" is a meme
both of your paragraphs use euphemisms for genitalia
asserting the opposite doesn't make it so
you do not have veto power over the English language
The notion that you are going to quote the name of a Shakespeare play after saying "... isn't a reference to sex" WHEN THE NAME OF THE PLAY IS A REFERENCE TO FEMALE GENITALIA...

#9He should have thought that more carefully..

Honestly, it sounds like a cringeworthy Family Guy joke.
