#14Don't place 3rd party javascript on your pages if you don't really need it.
Facebook is our biggest traffic source after Google. I'm inclined to forgive them for occasional outages.

#19As an aside I notice that 'Facebook' is not a trending topic on Twitter. Seems the term must be blacklisted in some way along with all the swears and other undesirable terms.
Which seems a bit underhand by Twitter.
