I forget what I was doing recently but I thought "I should use that site" and couldn't find it anywhere after lots of searching. I should have bookmarked it :-/

#27A blog post about specific advertisement targeting on facebook. Something along the lines of specifically making ads for some identified users.
There was a post the other day about a guy who targeted Reddit's CEO by essentially doxxing him and using geo targeted single shot ad runs with the guys name in big letters. Was that it?

#28An article that provided a strong argument for why you should never stop reading, even if you forget most of what you read. There are a few articles I’ve found via Google on the same subject but they are not the one I saw on HN.
