#3The sources for this seem very suspect. I'm going to dive into them a bit more but I have a lot of questions about this. In general when I have done A/B tests the live chat had very little affect on actual sales.

Agreed completely. Infographics should be able to be expanded to fit as close to the full width of a 2048 resolution screen minimum[1]. What gets me is these things are usually made as vector graphics so the source material has more than enough detail to be displayed at any size.
[1] This is completely arbitrary. I made it up. But I think it makes sense.
