I would fall for a domain like that.
Sadly, you can't blacklist all punycode domains as some are legits in languages where accents are used

Some blockers are specifically created like that. Their rational is a combination of letting the website owners (who embedded the ads) get their money and hiding that they're using a blocker.
Do you have any examples of these types of blockers? I couldn't find any.

Governance is lacking in those countries. And if you look at levels of corruption it it significantly higher. So it's completely legitimate to be wary of businesses run from those countries.

#146I am guessing it has something to do with the fake ICO's taking advantage of uneducated users (see Vyral for a great example). But Facebook has made their entire fortune taking advantage of uneducated users. So maybe they don't want competition?

That's a fair enough response. Still if someone on here said you should be wary of businesses run from China or India (which have the same issues), I don't think the response here would be so cordial.
