#3IBM's Watson is a brand, not a product - and there are certainly good and bad products under the brand. I wonder on which side this particular instance is at.

Beware if your IBMid is on behalf of your company / you as an employee. At least in the EU, there's hardly any (real) data you could use for WPA development at this time.

I'm sure general consumer protection laws apply. I think this is specifically addressing things like HIPPA and FIPS. Most of IBM's systems would be designed with those in mind, this is just clarifying that it's not yet.
