But not Free, nor open source. And you still have to pay license fees for it, they're just normally borne by the OEM.

Free for personal use, enterprise licensed are pricey

This really does go to show that cache invalidation is a Hard Problem. And that GetAsyncKeyState() is a bit of a pain even for Windows developers.
