Most work will be done using environments like TensorFlow. It doesn't mean you don't need to learn how things work. It just means that you don't need that much of maths, beyond understanding concepts.

There will be plenty of grunt work as well as work related to developing and maintaining the infrastructure.

This is not cool. The idea is to create very easily replaceable jobs, which makes sense for the creators but not for the users of those platforms. Even if it is hard and requires time to master its better to know the basics and aim for relatively difficult to replaceable jobs.

You'll be good until we figure out how to make machines write enterprise ready software programs and the ability to maintain it on its owm. I think you have 10-20 years so you should be in management by then though so you have nothing to worry about :)
