#47Turning off email notifications on my phone. Finally pulled the trigger when I was relaxing on a Friday night and getting work emails. It’s usually more efficient to deal with email only once per day anyways.
Now I only use e-mail on my laptop. I do have it installed on my phone, but it is only used when a real priority comes up.

#50Wearing earplugs at night. Vastly improved my quality of sleep. I use a vibrating watch to wake me in the morning.
I can't imagine how awful it feels to wear cheap earbud headphones in that noise, yet most passengers do.
