Currently working on video streaming project, but time goes by, so I want to find interesting programming domain for myself to do a side project.

Try things. I have done web dev (front and backend), low-level OS stuff, game dev, math simulations, teaching, VLSI, etc...
In the end, looks like teaching and game development is what stuck. Took me years to discover this, but I'm happy with it.
If something does not appeal to you after trying it? Don't do it, go and do something else.
Be your own test.

#4i believe you should just do it to know it!
in some companies they let their developers to be cross functional (in my case it was working on http://sanjagh.pro which is about local services).
but i believe you can do it as side project as well. just try to define a project (no matter how useful it can be) and try to develop every part (backend, front, devops, security etc) of it yourself. i pretty sure you eventually find out which part makes you feel alive... enjoy ;)
