There is a natural base of sellers (the people who are waiting in line) and buyers (assuming that paying people to wait in line actually works at creating demand).

#95What I don't get is that there is nothing that puts me off going to a bar or restaurant more than a long queue. And if I know of a place that systematically has a line in front, that's the one place I won't even consider.

I will actually fight you over this But yup, my GF and I actually took a day off work on a Tuesday specifically for bi-rite. Made the trip up all the way from South Bay. Worth.
Isn't it too melty for you? I think the taste is okay but I'd take Mitchell's or Smitten over Bi-Rite any day.
