#4Oh yeah, Netflix is on AWS. Amazon is doing pretty much everything, I expect/predict in another two years they will launch a music streaming site a la Google Music/Spotify.

#5I wonder if this is restraint of trade and illegal. It's as if they are telling retailers they can't sell to Walmart and Target.

Honestly, it's not an unreasonable request from a corporate security standpoint.

They've been selling music for almost a decade! They started selling DRM Free Mp3s in 2007 [1]. Now you get limited streaming music with your Prime membership and access to a full streaming library for about $10/mo.
