These seem higher than most of my colleagues straight out of very reputable CS degree programs. This doesn't make much sense since it appears most of these a/A (App Academy) finishers don't have relevant work experience and degrees. It looks like App Academy really helps its participants negotiate salary and interview well. A few people have fairly senior titles. The reason for that isn't apparent.
If you don't mind me asking for more detail, where are your colleagues getting offers from, and what kind of offers are they actually getting?
State schools averaging below $100k.
Prestigious private and fancy public (UC system) averaging $115k, for new grads.
