Eve V is great, so how about a crowdsourced ARA like case for phones?

Late to the party coming across EVE V - crowdsourcing the whole thing is smart.

Mobile computers have longer life-cycle than phones though. What do you peeps think about a crowdsourced modular smart case for phones?

Problem set: 1. People lack the freedom to choose the hardware of their phones;


2. Smart mobile devices have fixed hardware functionality that cannot change;

3. No convenient way to add multiple accessories;

4. Mobile devices have short life-cycles - 2 years on average - 1 billion upgrades in 2015;

5. Manufacturers cannot anticipate future needs & possible applications.
