One of the longest down times I've seen for them. Even impacting their home page.

They've had a lot of down time lately, they really need to figure out something as far as contingency plans.

My apps on Heroku seem to be running fine, with just a tad more lag than usual.

I've really enjoyed using Heroku. Hopefully this doesn't become a trend.

One thing they really need to do, is have servers ready to serve a better error page.

On servers I maintain, if there's an outage, and it looks like it may be awhile, I have an outage page I can put up. Sites being down is bad enough, but an error page is better than connections timing out.
