My firm wants to build it's own data centre but we have been having heated exchanges and not reaching a good decision. Some say it's better in Hong Kong or mainland China. Others say we should locate it here in USA specifically New York. I was thinking of locating it in Sweden or Norway because it's really cold there. Please help.
