I am a Python/Django guy and have worked in organizations where it is used extensively. I did complete the challenge successfully. After successful completion of the coding challenge, had an HR call. I was told by HR that I would be getting information about next rounds in few days. And bam! a reject! That too without any feedback(even though I asked for it) I know the product is awesome, and you guys are doing a great job; but I was a bit disappointed for not getting the reason of reject.

I applied to CoreOS when they posted here a few months ago. Their recruiter called me and we had a nice talk. He said that he wanted to move me to the next step and meet with their technical lead. They never scheduled that phone call, and when I followed up, he wrote that things are "hectic" and then stopped answering my emails.

Earlier quoted context omitted.

Already applied, sent answers to requiters questions, no response already one month ;-)

I interviewed, we did some JS problem solving in a Google Doc and I even taught the Lead UI person, who was interviewing me, a feature to solve a problem that he had not seen before. Thought that was great then, they said "no" and would not explain why.

Sorry about that. We try to give direct feedback to applicants, especially when asked for. I'll share your comment with the lead UI person.

Hey, a friendly reminder. I'm parsing the thread, all job offers added here are also available on the map on https://whoishiring.io Please read the below if you are planning to post here and would like to have your offer looking good on the map. I've been doing this since August last year, both parsing the thread and adding this comment here. But this time I would like to only slightly improve one thing: the format.…

Thanks for your work! Gonna jump on this meta thread to say I just finished upvoting every submission with a salary range, and encourage everyone to do the same. (Searching for $1 was enough to find most of them.)

Seconded :). Also upvoted every post I found that shown a salary range. Let's make it more appealing for announcers to disclose the offered salary. Please upvote the posts where a salary or salary range is advertised.
