Ask HN: Should I Use React Native for MVP?

For validation of a business idea, my gut is to build a web app because it allows direct interaction with visitors and potential users and actual users. iOS app users are Apple's customers and no one else's and Apple protects it's ownership vigorously. Potential users must use Apple's store and companies must tailor their apps packaging to Apple's standard display. Of course a company can also build a website to show their product more fully...so why not start there?

There are a few cases where a business idea only works as a mobile app. I suspect many of those can be prototyped on the web in early stages to get quick feedback...something the App store does not provide.
