Minimum Width for a Page is the worst tip ever... see "smart phone" for reasons why.

first "trick" is bad, the css/ js expression is a hack and should be avoided as much as possible, this leads to memory leaks + slows down your webpage as this is evaluated on every move, scroll, resize clientside
