Because the sitting president doesn't leave office on voting day. The actual hand-off (Inauguration Day) doesn't happen until January.

#6I'm kinda suspicious of this site -- none of the ACLU, HRW , Amnesty International links work at the bottom. And none of those organizations use whoisguard.

#9Holy hell! Looking at the supporters page (https://www.pardonsnowden.org/supporters) I do have to admit that they've acquired support from some people that I never thought to see there, like Steve Wozniak, Noam Chomsky, and George Soros.
