I don't want to use a separate app for to-do lists, so I either use whatever text editor is at hand or Wikidpad. It's also a great way to stop using dozens of text files scattered around your filesystem for notes/lists/etc.

Wikidpad also has some to-do-list specific plugins/scripts, which might be handy but I don't use any of them.

The simplest, easiest to use online ToDo app is Google Tasks. You can access it using small window in Gmail (look for "tasks" on the left-hand side) or full-screen ( https://mail.google.com/tasks/canvas ) or on the iPhone/Android ( https://mail.google.com/tasks/ig ) I have also wrote a native iPhone app client for Google Tasks so that you can use it offline http://www.geetasks.com

Wow, great job man. I've been looking for something like this for a LONG time. Downloaded and tried it out with the lists I already have in there, and great stuff.

You might know this then: How do you get a page of just GAFYD tasks?

https://mail.google.com/tasks/ig?pli=1 works for normal gmail, but fails miserably for GAFYD

And the answer is: https://mail.google.com/tasks/a/domain.com/ig
