while the title of this post says Onsite | Remote, the listings only mention "Onsite" positions. Is the position remote or onsite? Also, if remote, is it limited to the US?

There was an energetic internal discussion about that very question when I started posting these about a year ago. In the end, the conclusion was: yes. I am allowed. Encouraged, actually.

Depends very much on how the company handles referrals. My company gives no bonus for 'networking leads', but decent bonuses for 'personal recommendation'. I've never understood what difference it makes to the company or hiring process.

You're right, companies vary. As I said, there was an internal discussion, the conclusion of which was "Jacques's referrals from HN count".

Good people are good people, wherever they come from. That's the bottom line.
