After building the habit of eating a solid breakfast, I noticed others followed the same pattern I did; eat two big meals and feel too nauseated in the morning to eat.
edit: the eating two meals part was during my cereal phase.

Since the article stated that 50% of adults account for cinnamon toast crunch I'm thinking it's because we're realizing that even if we do eat it, we're still hungry within an hour. Cereal is a sugar delivery vehicle, but juice is good as gold. Right.

#10Obesity problem as well. I know some people don't like to hear it, but breakfasts can easily go 800 calories and up. You are starting off the day in surplus.
