There are many drawbacks of Skype for business use.
Just to name a few:
Outgoing Caller ID issues;
SkypeIn number does not offer many options on how to handle incoming calls;
SuperNode mode;
Share Desktop is peer 2 peer only, thus it does not work in a conference call;
Very limited call handling options;
etc

Skype IM really sucks. Both parties have to be online in order for the message to be delivered. What gives...? I got burned too many times on this 'feature' when my message was not delivered in time simply because my Skype was offline...

Skype's Voicemail is another drawback...

#6I like it since it can do everything what Skype does + fully integrated with other pbx features
