I'm an EE who wants back in to the embedded world. I have been out of it for almost four years, but have kept myself current and feel like I could jump back in to my previous job (or similar) with no retooling period. I would take anything in the embedded space, but I really want something in signal processing or aerospace that does not involve working for the DOD.

Note that I am interested only in embedded or systems level roles. I am willing to take a demotion to get the position I want; i.e., I don't expect to be paid like a 14-year veteran.
