We are a small, but established, world-renown toy invention firm, seeking an engineer interested in games, robotics and smart products. Imagine being part of a team that brings the world it’s next top-selling Electronic Game, Robotic Pet or RC Car! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday - we work from home on Fridays. Our office is located at 58 2ND ST San Francisco and easy to ready by bike, bus, MUNI and BART.
You job is to code and sometimes wire up prototypes to bring them to life. You will work directly with our investors and interaction design experts to create works-like models. You will be working on products including electronic games, smart toys, remote-controlled vehicles, robotic creations and even artificial intelligence. If you are challenged by game and puzzles, want to build your own robots, like to write code, and want to be in the shop when you can - this is the place for you!
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science or related field * Experience with programming in C or C++ and a scripting language. * Experience with a version control system (git is a plus) * Experience with circuit building and micro controller programming * Passion for games, toys, robots * Mobile experience is a plus - IOS desired
