On the page it says it is "open source Go". Does that mean that, at least theoretically, I (or another independent provider) could build this and run my own personal keybase server? Yes it's pretty straightforward. You can even do something much simpler if you want to self-host and just want a sort of encrypted dropbox for yourself.
