Actually, Colbert's been asking for an iPad from Apple this whole last week. Every show, he'd work in how he wants--nay, deserves--an iPad.

He may look like a shill, but that doesn't make him one. He's the one that asked for it early. He almost certainly received no money. He's genuinely excited about it.

it would be interesting to know how many people actually watched the Grammy's. Last year 19 million people watched the show.
