Uuuh, this is really factually wrong. 1. You activated stream notifications by yourself. 2. Every stream notfiication has in the footer an unsubscribe link or information on how to unsubscribe from your user dashboard. Our support answered you with screenshots on even how to click on the link.

I can't speak for everyone, but unless some extraordinary new information comes to light I personally would never use livecoding.tv after observing this incident. It seems from the comments on this thread that a lot of HN readers agree with me.

And since livecoding.tv is targeted at programmers and a lot of programmers read HN, this is the end of livecoding.tv. It's surreal to watch it happen in real time.

Sorry for the T-shirt delay. In order to keep cost down we don't order single T-shirts but put all orders in a batch. That is why there was some delay. Next time there is a delay please ask for the shipment id so you can see where the shipment is.

Just checking: Do your emails have a link that will unsubscribe the user after one (or at most two) clicks?

Or does the link require the user to log in and adjust settings on a dashboard?

This looks like a clickbait from Camwhite in Atlanta. This is totally inaccurate and factually wrong like many statements made hear. i recognize some of the usernames here in the thread. I see that there are a lot of comments from competing companies and users we had to warn on Livecoding.tv for bad behavior.

You need to stop and get your shit together, seriously you are doing irreparable damage to your company.

I'm already skeptical there is any coming back from this situation don't make it worse.
