I have about 6 years worth of experience in IT support (repair technician > head technician > help desk technician > help desk manager) and have been working on my BS in Computer Science for the past 4 years. I don't have a lot of professional programming experience. Under my belt, I have an "internship" (more of a trial period where we decided to split ways) for a startup that was essentially an email newsletter for a demographic that doesn't really use email or newsletters as well as doing Google Summer of Code working on an open source MMO called Ryzom.
I'm most experienced in Python (+ Flask), Java, and C++. I have non-trivial, yet not masterful, experience with HTML+CSS, C, JavaScript (+ Angular, JSON), SQLite, and BASH. I also have the general "full-stack" knowledge that you would expect a help desk manager that doesn't have a sys admin above them to be able to do.

P.S. This is my first time posting to one of these, so if I'm doing something dumb that I shouldn't, leaving out any important information, or if you have any feedback about my work or any questions please let me know.
