Magento/PHP developer needed.

We are an ecommerce startup and part of our system uses Magento. The original developers are no longer available and I need assitance with some Magento customization and configuration. I'm an iOS + Ruby engineer and don't have a lot of experience with Magento. Would love to find someone who can help with a few tasks and walk me through a things.
