The only thing I can think of for this is you have some idea to chemically alter the drug to make it less lethal. If so, consider if it's possible they already know and have chosen not to do it. Why would that be? To not hurt their margins it would need to add zero cost to production (unlikely), not decrease the addictiveness, and not affect their ability to transport it.

Intending to aid an abit drug cartels is not the equivalent of a night an the slammer. It's an extremely serious federal crime, you will spend a substantial amount of time in prison, and you will never be allowed to work for any government contractor/sub-contractor, nor in finance (FINRA will straight up pull an organization's membership if they discover you are working for them)

- Contact narco influencers on Tiktok & other social platforms
- Contact narco lawyers & ask them to forward your message
- Take out entire page advertisements in main Mexican newspapers for 1-2 months

The only important reason this particular ego fueled "idea" is a bad one is because if someone is actively involved in planning or conspiring to commit a crime, they may be held liable for their actions. Intent and preparation to engage in illegal activities can have legal consequences, even if the actual crime is not carried out.
