I am a radiologist / ai researcher looking for a postdoc / data scientist to join my lab. We work with radiology and electronic medical record data to automate detection and quantification of cancer on ct, pet, and mri images. You will be working with python, large language and vision models: bert, gpt2, clip, sam, etc.

Requirements: must be within 3 years of completing PhD.

other positions(texas only):

graduate research assistant: $36k phd / masters students apply through gsbs or ut school of bioinformatics, can then chose me as advisor.

Undergraduate research assistant: $15k part time (enrolled at UT Austin, or othe texas university)
