What circumstances are those? There are a ton of homeless Americans where I live and the embassy doesn't do anything until they commit a crime as far as I know.

As a teenager I realized that I could get away with anything because of how I looked. I could effortlessly shoplift whatever I wanted and did so for many years. Later on I got away…
