    Clojure is a modernised version of Lisp. It compiles to Java bytecode and runs on the JVM. Clojurescript compiles to Javascript for use in the browser. Some amazing programming too…

    Starting Forth by Leo Brodie is a classic book. Forth is a very elegant language. I came across a javascript implementation of it recently, which you can look up yourself :)
