    Yeah maybe, I think most other companies tho would recognize that all of that is such a small part of their business and cut it off. I’m so happy Apple doesn’t.

    That's true in more or less every job, it can be done well or done poorly. Incentive should be keeping the job at all. Tips are an infuriating hidden cost.
